All orders placed on the ROBERTS | WOOD Shop are delivered by DHL or FEDEX

We Aim to dispatch Stock items within 3-5 days of placing an order. We aim to dispatched Made to order items within 2 weeks of an order being accepted. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

All transactions are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£). All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication.

All shipping services used by ROBERTS | WOOD provide a tracking number. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders may be combined and the shipping fees will be adjusted unless otherwise requested.

ROBBERS | WOOD will ship your purchase to all worldwide destinations subject to the couriers delivery availability. For shipments outside of UK, please note that the above shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.

Due to shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship to Post Office boxes. When placing your order, you must provide us with an address where our delivery service can obtain a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

When you place an order with ROBERTS | WOOD a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card, will be sent to the email address you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.
